Building Swag Packs

  • What do I need to get started?

You need to decide if you want to build a Swag Pack from scratch or select a Preset Swag Pack from our selection. You also need to know how many packs do you need and your logo in high resolution for imprint. 

  • What's the ordering process like?

Seamless! Three clicks to sustainable swag! You will also have a designated representative who will be assigned to your order and available to you if you have any questions at all.


  • What is the minimum quantity per order? 

Both our Preset and Custom Ethical Swag Packs start as low as 50 units per order.


  • Are all products in the Swag Pack customizable?

Yes, all products can have your logo or message imprinted on. 


  • Can I order unbranded Swag in my Swag Pack?

Yes, you can. Please leave us a note while building your Swag Pack.


  • Is it possible to order Swag samples?

We can send you product samples, they will be unbranded and not packaged in a gift box. Our policy is to charge 50% of the item cost, plus the cost of shipping the sample items to you. If you place an order, we will deduct the amount you paid for your sample from your order, minus the shipping cost.


  • How long does it take for the Virtual Proof to be ready?

Virtual Proofs can take from 24-48 hours to be ready. As soon as we receive them, we will send them to you!


  • Can I order individual items instead of a pack?

Yes! You sure can, head over to our website www.ethicalswag.com and browse our items.


  • How do the sizes work for apparel?

For most clothing items we will send you a sizing chart.  This will help you determine the size you need.


  • We need somewhere to store our swag. Can Ethical Swag help?

We sure can! If you need us to hold on to part of your order to send out at a later date, let us know!  We can warehouse for you. Contact us to let us know your needs and we will give you a quote to warehouse your order.


  • Do packs come preassembled?

We can ship the packs assembled, directly to your clients and staff’s addresses or in bulk (boxes, unassembled) if you prefer to assemble it yourself. Please notify us how you would like it shipped while placing your order.

 

  • Can each pack have different items in them?

Unfortunately no. We have order minimums so you need to order a min of 50 packs with the same products. You can not have a total of 50 packs with a combination of different products.

 

  • How many products can I add in a Swag Pack?

You can add as many products as you like to a swag pack. If you add over 4 items, additional charges may apply. Ask us for details!

 

  • Do you charge for assembly (kitting)?

Yes, we do and the assembly (kitting) cost is already included in each Swag Pack.

 

  • What happens if apparel items don’t fit?

Ethical Swag does not assume responsibility for items that do not fit so please choose your sizes wisely. We will provide a sizing chart for apparel and you purchase at your own risk.

 

  • Can I order pre-production samples before committing to a full order?

  • How can I process a return?

Please contact us directly if you have any questions or a problem with your order!


  • How can I request a virtual mockup?

Contact us with the products you'd like, send us your logo and we'll work on a virtual mock up for you.


  • How long does it take to get a virtual mockup?

If you require a virtual mockup let us know! We can usually turn this around within 24hrs.




Shipping

  • How are the Swag Packs shipped?

The Swag Packs can be shipped assembled to multiple addresses or as a bulk (each product in a separate box) to one address. You decide how you want it to be shipped!


  • Will all items fit in the box I chose?

We will ensure that all of the items you order will all fit into one gift box or mailer.


  • What are some of your different box options?

We have lots of various gift box sizes or mailers that will fit your gifting needs!  We can also custom design your box, contact us for more information and a quote.

 

  • How long does it take for my order to be produced and shipped?

Please allow 15 business days for production following proof approval then 5 business days for shipping to individual addresses. A minimum of 20 business days for full order fulfilment. Some exceptions may apply depending on inventory, etc. We will confirm once the order is placed.

  • How much does the shipping cost?

It depends on the box size and weight and shipping address. We’ll calculate the shippings costs after your order is placed.


  • Can my order be shipped to multiple locations?

Yes. Let us know when you place your order that you’d like to ship to multiple addresses and we’ll provide a quote accordingly.


  • Can my order be shipped in parts?

If you need us to hold on to part of your order to send out at a later date, let us know!  We can warehouse for you. Contact us to let us know your needs and a quote to warehouse your order.


  • Can I change the shipping date after placing my Order?

Yes, if the shipping date is later than the original shipping date, no problem. If the date is earlier, depending on the timeframe, it will need to be confirmed. 


  • What happens if a Swag Pack is returned?

If a package is returned, we will contact you to ensure that the shipping address that was provided is correct.  We will check the details and attempt to ship it out again.


  • How do I handle submitting multiple shipping addresses?

Please submit all of your names and addresses and contact telephone number of the recipient to us on an Excel spreadsheet. We will create shipping labels from this information.


  • How do you verify addresses?

We do our best to ensure that the addresses submitted to us are correct, but it is up to you to make sure you are submitting the correct address of your recipients.


  • Do you ever contact our recipients?

No, we do not. We will be only working with you, the person who is responsible for submitting the order.


  • Do you ship internationally?

Please contact us with special shipping requests so we can get you a quote.


  • What happens if a package is returned?

If a package is returned, we will contact you to ensure that the shipping address that was provided is correct.  We will check the details and attempt to ship it out again.


  • How do I handle submitting multiple addresses?

  • How do you verify addresses?

No. If the shipping address is incorrect we’ll contact you to provide a new one.


  • How soon do I have to provide address information for it to be shipped?

Once your order is signed off and in production you can send in the addresses.



Customization

  • How many logos or artwork can be imprinted on the products in a Swag Pack?

We can imprint different logos or artworks on each product. For example, if you have a Virtual Event with different sponsors or Partners, we can imprint one different sponsor logo per product. 


  • Do you offer unbranded items?

Yes, if you choose not to have your items branded, we can do that too!


  • Who designs the items?

You provide to us your logo or artwork and we will have the items decorated for you. 


  • Can we use multiple designs?

Yes! We can imprint different logos or artworks on each product. For example, if you have a Virtual Event with different sponsors or Partners, we can imprint one different sponsor logo per product. 



Payment

  • How do I pay for my order?

We'll send you an invoice with a link for online payment once the virtual proof is approved. You can pay using Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
